Art Revealing Our True Colors
On September 18th, Founding Farmers Reston Station hosted an “Art Reveal” to give invited guests the opportunity to learn more about the original art across our restaurant. It was an evening dedicated to celebrating our commissioned artists and their extraordinary work.
Why Eliminate Plastic Straws?
Some have been critical of recent worldwide efforts to eliminate plastic straws. They say plastic straws are so small. How does eliminating them really have any significant environmental impact? For Founding Farmers, and across all of our restaurants, ditching the plastic straw has become a collaborative mission with close to 150 restaurants, NGOs, and government leaders across the DC area.

On Saturday, Founding Farmers joined Maryland beer lovers and makers at REVIVE! A celebration of Maryland’s award-winning beer and cuisine. Hosted by the Brewers Association of Maryland, guests enjoyed an evening of craft beer and tasty food, while dancing to the bluegrass melodies of The Plate Scrapers.

Our Founding Farmers in King of Prussia joined the greater Philadelphia community last night to raise money for the Elmwood Park Zoo. The zoo’s single largest fundraiser, the 10th Annual Beast of a Feast, raised over $100,000 for educational programing and community engagement.
