Founding Farmers is now making our very own chocolate!
As part of our continued efforts to unbundle the industrial supply chain and make everything we can from scratch, we have turned our culinary team to crafting an assortment of chocolates to enjoy in all of our restaurants, from our market and grocery, and available to go. We make all of our varieties using chocolate from American chocolatier legend—Guittard®—family-owned and operated with over 150 years of expertise and honorable sourcing.
Our Founding Farmers Chocolate has the perfect melt, is smooth and luscious, and never waxy. We don’t use any artificial ingredients or fillers. We make a sweet mix of chocolate barks, such as Virginia peanuts, Almonds, French Crunch with crisp, lightly sweetened crepes, and a seasonal Fruit & Nut bark. Most are available in chocolate percentages from classic milk chocolate (40%) to extra dark chocolate (70%). We also have created a house favorite – our Cookie Caramel Bar, which is our take on a Twix® bar – and a Virginia peanut butter cup, plus we are now making classic and delicious chocolate fudge. To top it all off, we have chocolate covered strawberries.
