The menu mirrors the D.C. restaurant’s classic, heartland-inspired offerings and features new options, including products from farmers in Montgomery County and surrounding Maryland farms, with seasonal menu changes to always contain local produce.

In addition to serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, the restaurant hosts a unique “Afternoon Social,” providing a modern break for area entrepreneurs looking for a respite from coffee houses, local mom groups with toddlers in tow, and retirees craving a place to socialize and a bite to eat. The Afternoon Social menu features tea sandwiches, scones, tea, cocktails, cookies, and other desserts.

As with the original restaurant, this location makes extensive use of reclaimed and recycled materials, including reused wood crate planks at the bar and authentic barn wood. The ideal setting for any occasion, the layout includes a casual bar area, mezzanine-level seating, and a main dining room complete with a semiprivate dining space in a wood-enclosed greenhouse-type structure.
