Conveniently located in Potomac off I-270 at Montrose Road, MoCo’s Founding Farmers can accommodate your group and private dining needs in Montgomery County. From dinner parties to larger group events with as many as 150 guests, we have various arrangements, including our large year-round outdoor dining room for your next holiday party, family get together, bridal or baby shower, business meal or office retreat, birthday party or anniversary celebration, or any other group gathering. We can work with you to meet your event needs and can accommodate sit-down meals and “mix & mingle” events, or a combination of the two. We offer prix fixe menus, which we can tailor to provide the perfect experience for you, your guests, and your budget. Depending on the size of your party, our full menu may also be available.
Year-Round Outdoor Patio
Our Year-Round Patio can be fully rented for private outdoor parties and events. Our patio is weather protected and can be used for events rain or shine. With greenery & planters, and speakers for music, our patio is the perfect space for your next large party gathering.
Seats: Up to 100 guests
Reception: Up to 125 guests (standing room)
Mezzanine
Our main dining room’s second level can be reserved entirely for a private event or part of the room can be reserved for a special occasion set amongst our other restaurant diners. This dynamic space has several round booths and plenty of freestanding tables that can be arranged in multiple configurations to meet your event needs. We can also arrange tables so there is space for guests to stand and mingle if reserving the entire room.

Reception: Up to 100 guests (standing room)
Bar Area
Located on the first floor adjacent to our main dining room, our lively bar is a great space for cocktail parties or other “mix and mingle” events that don’t require a private area. Perfect for an after-work cocktail hour or celebration with friends, including festive daytime events, we can arrange a prix fixe menu, which can include a focus on our specialty craft cocktails.
Reception: Up to 50 guests (some standing and some seated)
Dining Room
Depending on the day and time, we can host a variety of large functions in our lively, light-filled first floor dining room. The open floor plan includes a combination of booths and freestanding tables that can be arranged in multiple ways. Our private dining specialist can work with you to design the perfect prix fixe menu for your guests.
Seats: Up to 150 guests
Barn Table
Located in a tucked-away corner of our first floor dining room, the Barn Table is perfectly suited for smaller gatherings from a family dinner to a bridal shower to a team celebration. This area allows for a more intimate atmosphere away from our other guests while enjoying the background liveliness of our restaurant.
