How We Are Using Innovative Technology to Combat COVID-19

As we continue to provide food and provisions during COVID-19, we are working to operate as safely as possible for our guests, customers, and teams. We are more vigilant than ever in our commitment to known best practices and new guidelines recommended by the CDC, WHO, and local health departments. 

We are also investigating and deploying innovative technology. Working with a local company, Pest Management Services Incorporated (PMSI), we have treated our facilities with an EPA-approved, food-safe fogging agent known to kill coronaviruses, including COVID-19 known as MAPS-1 RTU.

“This protocol gives us the opportunity to use science and technology to add one more layer of safety and confidence for our team and our guests,” says Co-Owner Dan Simons.
