Our Fresh Catch selections capture the essence of summer, with each entrée featuring bold flavors and seasonal ingredients. Our preparations are inspired by our partners at Norpac Fisheries Export, who source sustainable fish that can be traced from the sea to your plate.

  • Our Lemon Butter preparation is perfectly seared until golden brown and served with tender spaghetti squash, topped with creamy stracciatella cheese and sweet balsamic glaze. It’s served alongside our signature sweet & sour tomatoes for bright summer freshness. 
  • Our Pan-Seared Panzanella preparation showcases summer’s bounty with a medley of heirloom, campari, and cherry tomatoes, red onion, capers, and pepperoncini over crunchy sourdough croutons. Topped with decadent homemade pesto and drizzled with balsamic glaze for irresistible flavor in every bite.
