Founding Farmers Supports Hogs & Honeys Foundation for Kids

Founding Farmers King of Prussia was honored to participate in the Hogs & Honeys Foundation for Kids 2019 Spring Fling this past Saturday, March 30th. The non-profit is celebrating 15 years of gathering together to help disadvantaged children throughout the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania area, and we couldn’t be more proud to support such a great cause. 

Founding Farmers joined over 1,000 people at The Valley Forge Casino Resort, with 50+ different food vendors and raffles throughout the night raising money for the organization. Handing out some of our biggest hits – Glazed Bacon Lollis, Whirley Pop Kettle Corn, and Pretzels & Dips – our team was full of smiles the entire night, chatting with familiar faces and new friends from nearby neighborhoods and local organizations. 

It truly was a night full of fun, and always all about the kids. We can’t wait for next year. 

Hogs & Honeys started in 2004 when a group of motorcycle enthusiasts and their “honeys” initiated a fundraising effort for the Children’s Aid Society. Over the years, the team grew and became focused on raising money for underprivileged children in Montgomery County, PA. Today, the organization has raised well over $300,000. The Spring Festival is their biggest event, but they do other initiatives throughout the year, such as their annual Christmas in July Toy Run. Hogs & Honeys’ fundraising efforts also support multiple organizations, including Mission Kids, Silver Springs-Martin Luther School, and Variety – The Children’s Charity.
