Beer Festival Funds Neighborhood Improvements

Founding Farmers joined over 2,000 beer lovers at the King of Prussia Beerfest Royale last weekend. This was our second time participating in what locals consider to be the #1 ranked festival and suburban Philadelphia’s must-attend fall beer festival.

Just like last year, we were delighted to get to know our local neighbors and participate in this growing local, not your usual beer party, Philadelphia tradition. All proceeds from this two-day festival are donated to area improvement projects throughout King of Prussia, such as parks, landscaped medians, and improved signage. The King of Prussia District was founded in 2010 as a 501(c)(3), private, not-for-profit organization under the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Neighborhood Improvement District legislation.

The Founding Farmers team served our famous Glazed Bacon Lollis, Whirly Pop Kettle Corn, Creamy Brie Farm Bread, and Ahi Tuna Bites. We also handed out coupons for $10 off at Founding Farmers King of Prussia and worked to introduce many locals to one of our newest restaurants and our First Bake Cafe & Creamery, where guests can pick up coffee and baked goods to go, as well as sit for lighter fare at our counter or cafe tables.

It was a lively two days of beer, music, food, and fun. At the close of the festival, event organizers accepted food donations for a local shelter.
