At Founding Farmers, we’re thrilled to unveil our latest culinary collaboration that comes straight from the ocean to your plate. Our talented Chef Joe has crafted a collection of delicious fish preparations inspired by our partnership with Norpac Fisheries Export, renowned for their commitment to sustainability and quality. 

Our newly curated selections of fresh fish are featured in four new entrées that epitomize the flavors of the season. Available on our lunch & dinner menu at most of our locations*, each dish is a celebration of flavors and textures that will leave you savoring every bite!  


Norpac Fisheries Export’s dedication to sustainability is evident in every aspect of their operations from the way they use responsible catching practices to the way they use barcodes to track the moment fish are caught to when they arrive on your plate. By reducing EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) usage by a staggering 87%, they’re also championing eco-friendly packaging practices. Moreover, their emphasis on accountability, responsibility, traceability, and sustainability mirrors our own values at Founding Farmers.  


Our Mojito Spring Onion Fish of the Day is pan-seared and served on a bed of jasmine rice with Cuban black beans. Topped with mojito spring onions and our sweet & sour tomatoes, enjoy this simple and fresh preparation with a touch of brightness in every bite. 

Our Apricot Mustard Fish of the Day is cozy and bright, featuring a combination of sautéed Tuscan kale & curly spinach paired with a decadent wild mushroom risotto. Vera Cruz Fish of the Day is a Mediterranean-inspired dish boasting artichoke hearts, green onion, olives, and basil atop our scratch-made ricotta gnocchi. Lastly, our Poached Fish of the Day is features a delicious vegetable medley of cannellini & lima beans, fennel, carrot, cauliflower, fresh corn, asparagus, oyster mushroom, peas, and shallot, served on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes and topped with a comforting cilantro corn bisque. 

In addition, our classic Our Simple Style Fish of the Day is still available, featuring J.Q. Dickinson salt, pepper, and lemon, served alongside creamy mashed potatoes and crisp green beans.
