Reston Station Gets a Taste of Founding Farmers

Founding Farmers Reston Station joined our newest neighbors over the weekend for what Virginia Living magazine voted, “Northern Virginia’s Best Food Festival.” For two beautiful, sunny days at the Reston Town Center, team members debuted our latest restaurant at Taste of Reston.

The Founding Farmers team handed out free samples of our tasty house-made granola, and served our refreshing mint limeade and one of our guest favorites, Ahi Tuna Bites. The annual festival gave Founding Farmers a chance to share details about our latest restaurant at the Reston Metro Station. Of particular interest, locals were delighted to learn we are open for weekday breakfast and have many freshly made grab and go selections in our First Bake Cafe, from great coffee drinks to breakfast sandwiches. Some were also looking forward to having early meetings over breakfast before they hopped on the metro to go to work or gathering for some of our delicious craft cocktails after work.

Produced by the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, Taste of Reston showcased local restaurants in a Wine n’ Dine area, highlighted community groups and other vendors, provided live entertainment on three stages, and even had a family fun zone. It was a great opportunity to introduce the Reston area to all that is Founding Farmers.
