Our cheesecake is great. In fact, we think our cheesecake is the absolute greatest. Not only is our cheesecake delicious, it’s made from scratch in our kitchens with ingredients you would recognize and can pronounce. Unlike most cheesecake you buy in stores and even some very popular restaurants, our cheesecake has no fillers, no emulsifiers, no artificial ingredients, and no artificial flavors.

We use only the simplest of ingredients.

Our Vanilla Bean Cheesecake is classic cheesecake perfection made with cream cheese, granulated sugar, sour cream, heavy cream, whole milk, eggs, vanilla paste, graham crackers, and butter. Enjoy it plain or add your favorite topping. Choices include: strawberries & cream, hot fudge, bananas foster, crème brûlée, and don’t miss our summer special, wild Maine blueberry compote.

For chocolate lovers, we also have a decadent Double Chocolate Cheesecake, which is also simple and perfect cheesecake deliciousness. Ours is made with cream cheese, granulated sugar, butter, sour cream, heavy cream, whole milk, Founding Farmers chocolate, double dark cocoa, vanilla paste, eggs, chocolate cookie wafer, and butter.
