Our steakhouse selections are one of our best kept secrets. We collaborate with independent ranchers across the Mid-Atlantic region to source all of our beef. Join us for Aged New York Strip, Center Cut Filet, or our house-favorite Ribeye. If steak isn’t for him, treat Dad to our premium and traceable seafood selections, handmade pastas, or any of our signatures like our scratch-made Chicken & Waffles. Our Farmers Market Buffet Brunch, is available at Founding Farmers Tysons, Founding Farmers Reston Station, Founding Farmers Fishers & Bakers DC at Georgetown’s Washington Harbour, Founding Farmers & Distillers DC on Massachusetts Ave, and Founding Farmers King of Prussia (in the Second Floor Dining Room).
We have classic breakfast favorites for the more traditional brunch lovers, such as light & sweet Farmhouse Waffles, perfectly crisp hashbrowns, and a Butcher’s Table with a host of choices for meat lovers. We also have lighter luxuries with a Gardener’s Table, ripe with fresh salads. For those with a sweet tooth, our buffet brunch also features scratch-made desserts, cinnamon rolls, ice cream, and more. There’s truly something for everyone around our tables.
Our A La Carte menu is available at Founding Farmers DC on Pennsylvania Ave, Founding Farmers & Distillers DC on Mass Ave, MoCo’s Founding Farmers in Potomac, MD, Founding Farmers Alexandria in Alexandria, VA, and in the Street-Level Cafe & Bar Area at Founding Farmers King of Prussia. Service includes traditional breakfast fare made our way, such as French toast using our house-made bread and fluffy buttermilk pancakes (always made from scratch). Our tasty poached egg hashes are always a crowd pleaser, along with undeniable guest-favorites like our Applewood Smoked Bacon from our farmer-owners in North Dakota. Seriously, this is the best bacon Dad may ever have. Prices vary by item.
