Our newest restaurant, Founding Farmers Alexandria, has sushi and ceviche that is sure to delight. We have yummy sushi starters to share like our Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice Bites or our Mini Spicy Tuna Wontons.  

Our sushi rolls have something for everyone to enjoy. Try our Spicy Serrano Tuna & Cucumber Roll, Pimento Garden Roll, or a Toasted Coconut Shrimp Roll. Our California Old Bay Lump Crab Roll is a twist on a classic, featuring Old Bay seasoning, lump crab, cucumber, avocado, togarashi spicy mayo, mustard aioli, and topped with crispy leeks. Or try our Crunchy Shrimp, Avocado & Cucumber Roll that features fried shrimp, cucumber, miso sesame mayo, topped with avocado, eel sauce, and a sprinkle of sea salt. 

Looking to try some of the best ceviche? Our Alexandria menu features fresh, delicious ceviche options served with corn chips, crispy wontons & scratch-made grilled ciabatta. Try our Bloody Mary Shrimp & Serrano Ceviche with poached shrimp, cilantro, red & green onion, ponzu sauce, spicy tomato sauce, and citrus vinaigrette. If you want something less spicy, try our Tuna, Avocado & Cucumber Poke with avocado, red & green onion, simple vinaigrette, fresh lime juice, soy sauce, cucumber, basil, and cilantro. We also have Wonton Tacos available. Perfect to share with the table (or keep all to yourself!), they come in Spicy Tuna, Old Bay Crab, or Roasted Eggplant & Shiitake.

Founding Farmers Fishers & Bakers has the best sushi and ceviche menu in DC (as part of our lunch & dinner menu) that gets rave reviews from our guests.   

Our Ceviche includes generous selections of what we think are the perfect combinations. A current crowd-pleaser is our Mango Coconut Shrimp Ceviche with serrano chilis, green & red onion, old bay, cilantro, lime, and pineapple juice. Or go for the Avocado Tuna Poke with red & green onion, cucumber, basil, cilantro, sambal, sesame oil, and lime soy ponzu. Other selections include Simply Tuna, which should be called Simply Delicious Tuna with a mix of green onions, capers, cilantro, serrano chilies, basil, lemon, tamari, and sesame oil. Or try our Shrimp Ceviche made with spicy sweet & sour tomato, serrano chilies, cilantro, red onion, citrus ginger vinaigrette, and ponzu. All our Ceviche selections are served with a delicious mix of crispy corn tortillas, fried wontons & scratch-made grilled ciabatta. 

Founding Farmers Fishers & Bakers Sushi & Ceviche menu also includes our guest favorite Farmers Pressed Sushi. Not to be missed, these perfectly layered sushi bites topped with toasted sesame seeds come in a variety of tastes. Try our Tuna with spicy mayo, ginger scallion soy sauce, hoisin, and citrus, or our Salmon with spicy mayo, ginger scallion soy sauce, hoisin, garlic candied corn, and citrus. We also have Old Bay Crab with old bay, ginger scallion sauce, hoisin, garlic candied corn.   

Of course, we also have a great selection of classic sushi rolls, including the all-time favorite California Roll, our Garden Roll which is great take on a vegetarian roll, as well as some growing guest favorites: Old Bay Crab, Crunchy Tuna, Spicy Tuna, and Coconut Shrimp. Our delicious nigiri features your choice of two pieces of fresh Salmon, Tuna, or Shrimp layered over sushi rice. 

Our delectable Sushi & Ceviche is available during lunch & dinner every day. Please note: our lunch & dinner menu begins later on weekends – at 2pm – after our Farmers Market Buffet Brunch.
