Christmas Weekend at Home Reheat & Cooking Instructions

Winter Weather Reheat Advisory: Due to the winter storm and freezing cold weather that has landed in our region, some of your food may have frozen in our refrigerated food storage trucks overnight. Please check your food when you get home and allow a bit more time for preparation.For turkey, prime rib, and roasted rosemary pork, you may need to allow more time than indicated on the reheat instructions to get those items to room temperature and ready to roast.For any other items that require reheating or cooking, please allow at least an hour sitting at room temperature so they’re properly thawed before going in the oven.Of course, some items may be perfectly fine to follow instructions as is, but given this last-minute curveball, we wanted to ensure we gave you a heads up and some tips we felt would be helpful.
