It’s summertime and The George Washington University Undergraduate Honey Bee Research Laboratory and Apiary team is abuzz as usual.  For the past eleven years, we have been supporting (and delighted to learn from) this amazing undergraduate bee research team headed up by Dr.

We have a new sustainability partner across our restaurants. After a lot of trial and error trying to find the best alternative for plastic straws, we came across Restore Regenerative Foodware. 

Don’t miss our great cocktail menu featuring spirits from our farmer-owned distillery, Founding Spirits. We have created a tasty and fun drink menu sure to please everyone. We are especially excited about the release of our newest spirit, Founding Spirits Rye on March 16, 2022.

The best part about our house-churned ice cream may not be how incredibly delicious it is… well, actually that is the best part… but the next best part is what goes into our ice cream.

This year, we have two ways to celebrate Cinco de Mayo: in our restaurants and at home. Join us at one of our restaurants for happy hour OR grab your food and drinks to go and celebrate at home.

What better place to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than sitting outside on DC’s original waterfront, the beautiful banks of the Potomac River in the heart of Georgetown’s Washington Harbour. We’re ready to welcome our guests to celebrate one of our most fun & festive holidays.  

We have outdoor patios at most of our locations, some that are covered and some with fire pits. We also have heaters available on most patios if the spring weather is a bit chilly.
