Introducing New York Vines!

Sip Sip, Hooray! Introducing our New York Vines…

Founding Farmers restaurants, along with sister restaurants, Farmers Fishers Bakers and Farmers & Distillers, are happy to re-introduce to you our proprietary house blend white wine.

New York Vines, formerly known as Barn White, has been a great success and as we received more and more inquiries about the inspiration and production of this light, refreshing white wine, we were inspired to rename it in order to pay homage to it’s area of origin.

And New York Vines was born!

Made in partnership with Alie Shaper of Brooklyn Oenology – yup, we love the fact that they’re based in Brooklyn – they are renowned as the first urban winery concept in New York City. Founded to celebrate and capture the diverse, creative spirit and tastes of New York, from the rolling hills to the urban streets, we are delighted to partner with Brooklyn Oenology to bring you our New York Vines.

A delicate blend of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Riesling, and 15% Vidal Blanc, New York Vines is made with grapes harvested in the Catskills and Upper Hudson Valley region of NY state and fermented, aged, and bottled on Long Island.

Designed as a delicious white table wine you can enjoy year round, New York Vines is a great accompaniment to just about any meal, and just as exquisite by itself – by the glass or by the bottle.

Come taste it again, or for the first time, at any of our restaurants. We think you too will be saying, “Sip Sip, Hooray!” Reserve a table today.
